Why?
As Sheryl Sandberg said: “In the future, there will be no female leaders. There will just be leaders.”
Gender inequality in the workplace is still a fact. Womenalia Inspiration Day (WID) is a digital platform for the enterprising woman to share their working experiences and help others that want to take a step.
This redesign shows a fresh and alternative way to communicate the event at the platform.
For who?
Last October 14th and 15th, some of the most important managers and entrepreneurs women in Spain participated as speakers in different dialogue tables, and more than 1,500 professional women connected live to share their experiences at the online event. That is why this new proposal takes into account a mobile application where listeners can access the schedules and speakers of each talk.
